HIAM is an association of cutting edge leaders who either serve congregations, parachurch ministries or travel as full time itinerant ministries . Through HIAM we are joined together by common persuasions, purposes and principles.

The Alliance furnishes a viable option to the church, ministry or minister seeking support from and fellowship with other evangelically oriented churches, ministries, and ministers without the organizational intensity of denominationalism. We are exclusively an Alliance of leaders.
